At BookMyCostume, we want your celebrations to be perfect; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all costumes and accessories are unworn, unwashed, and include their original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the costume is in its original condition with all accessories, props, and headgear included in the package.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the item and hand it over to our pickup partner or mail it to our centralized warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
